Unlocking the Gifts of Anger

An IFS Experiential Workshop

This workshop is in English.

In many cultures, anger remains one of the most misunderstood and unwelcome emotions, often burdened by the belief in its destructive power.

In this workshop, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of anger through the Internal Family Systems approach. Together, we will embark on a journey to comprehend the parts within us that hold the anger energy, acknowledging that each part has its own story and purpose. Our goal is not to suppress or eliminate the angry parts but to receive their insights and gifts, so we can make good use of the powerful energy that anger offers to our system.

Together We Will:

  • Experience the multiplicity of our mind and our Self energy.

  • Understand the protective nature of our angry parts.

  • Receive insights and gifts from our angry parts, and the parts they are protecting.

  • Protect ourselves with Self-led anger, given the real-life restraints.

  • Create connections with each other, building a supportive community for the journey ahead.

🌟 The workshop is a combination of didactic teaching and experiential exercises. Basic knowledge of the Internal Family Systems model is recommended to enhance the workshop experience.

🌟 Seats are limited to ensure a safe and connected experience for the participants.
