Dear You,
Happy holidays!
This year has gone by so fast, and I'm so grateful to have you as a part of it.
Here's a quote that really resonates with me this season: "Life is a balance of holding on and letting go."
I'm sure we've all experienced this in our own way—the moments when we hold tight to someone or something because we're afraid to let go, and the times when we have to let go even though we don't want to.
This quote reminds me that no matter how much we may want things to stay the same, they never do.
The only constant is change.
And sometimes letting go can be scary or painful, but ultimately it's necessary if we want to grow as human beings and lead happy lives.
So this holiday season, take a moment every day (or every week) to reflect on our relationship with changes in our life:
How are we holding on? How can we let go?
What are some ways that we could embrace change more?
And most importantly: what would happen if we did?
Hope my reflection brings equilibrium and peace into your heart. ❤️
Warmly,
Dora
